[Bike Providence] Financing a Crumbling Infrastructure

Bike Providence has posted a new item, 'Financing a Crumbling Infrastructure'

Surprise, surprise...  according to an article in the Woonsocket Call, the
State is forecasting a significant financial shortfall. 
Rhode Island needs approximately $600 million a year to fix and maintain its
highways and bridges and otherwise operate the state Department of
Transportation (RIDOT); its current revenue stream provides about $300
million.
